Wellness coaching honors the connection between mind and body.  It is a collaborative process that assists you in formulating a vision of health and well-being.  It promotes insight and skill buidling--providing you with the means to realize your full self-potential, as well as increasing your sense of personal empowerment. Services are generalized and can address a variety of areas in your life. Wellness coaching is not focused on symptom resolution, but rather, concentrates on your specified present and future goals.
