Standard Fee: In recognizing the inherent value of both Life Coaching and Counseling, my fee schedule is the same for the two services.   
My standard fee is $130 for a regular 50 minute Wellness Coaching or Therapy session. There may be times when it is appropriate to schedule a longer session, I am open to this and can discuss payment agreements at that time. I recognize that with the current financial situation, it may be difficult for you to afford to pay for services you consider critical to your well-being. Often times, services are most needed when people can least afford it. Thus, I make a concerted effort to work with what you can afford and would be agreeable to discuss any financial hardship concerns prior to our first meeting.   
Payment: All session fees are due at the beginning of each meeting. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card. All charges incurred are the responsibility of the client. 
Insurance: In an effort to protect the integrity of services and to safeguard your confidentiality, I recommend fee-for-service life coaching and therapy services. The information you share is personal and our work together is private. Most insurance companies require a clinical diagnosis to be eligible for reimbursement. As a fee-for-service provider, I am not required to issue a diagnosis, nor obligated to provide insurance companies with treatment plans and copies of case notes. Consequently, this limits insurance companies access to your protected medical and mental health information. This also ensures the focus to remain on you and the quality of services provided.   
However, for those who are unable to pay for services. I am an in network provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, PreferredOne, Cigna, Health Partners, MA, and UCare. Cancellation Policy: If needing to postpone or cancel an appointment, please do so more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or missed appointments under 24 hours will be billed as a full session.
